Logan Point is a pet-friendly community with a few rules in place to keep the neighborhood clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

Pet Rules

Are pets allowed?

Yes, Logan Point is pet-friendly with the following requirements:

  • No outside pets. Pets must live indoors.

  • When outside, pets must be on a leash and physically attached to a person at all times.

  • Tying a dog up outside is not permitted.

  • Cats may not roam outdoors.

Breed & size restrictions

  • Pets over 50 lbs are not allowed.

  • The following dog breeds are not permitted in our community:

Akita, American Bulldogs, Beauceron, Caucasian Mountain Dogs, Chows, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf hybrids (or any mix thereof)

Note: These restrictions are based on insurance requirements and are commonly categorized as “vicious breeds.”

Service Animals / ESAs: We follow all applicable state and federal laws related to service animals and emotional support animals, with appropriate official documentation.

How many pets may I have?

  • Maximum of 2 pets per home.

Other important guidelines

Residents with pets are responsible for ensuring their pet(s):

  • Are properly vaccinated

  • Do not create nuisance behavior for neighbors (noise, odors, etc.)

  • Do not leave pet waste on the property

We’re happy to be pet-friendly, and we ask that owners keep noise to a minimum and promptly clean up waste to prevent odors.
